What a phenomenal experience it was to work with Stevinson Lexus of Frederick and Roger Yekel, in particular. In October 2010 I purchased an RX 350 and couldn't be happier. I want to thank him for making my purchase and follow-up service such a smooth experience. When my trade-in's finance company called me 6 weeks later to say they had not received my pay-off, Roger and the financing staff immediately jumped into action to figure out what had gone awry since they sent the pay-off the day after my sale. Stevinson turned a potential financial and credit nightmare for me into a completely stress-free situation by working through the problem and even re-sending the pay-off check even though the issue was clearly on the finance company's side. I was floored. However, this is the level of customer service Stevinson Lexus of Frederick consistently displays whether one is purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle, attending one of their monthly informational seminars, or working with their service department. They will continue to get my business for many years to come. More
I recently purchased a Lexus GS 350 AWD vehicle from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick, CO. Mr. Shane Swenson, a young salesman, met me at the door and spent the next two hours introducing the GS 350. I was very impressed with Shane’s low key, professional approach, and a few weeks later decided to purchase the car. He earned my business by working hard to obtain more for my trade-ins than I thought possible. In fact, this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had buying a car. An issue regarding tires did arise, but, it was quickly handled to my satisfaction. (For those who have an aversion to Run Flat Tires, be aware that the GS 350 AWD is shipped from the factory so equipped. There is no mention of that practice in Lexus’s sales material or on their website that I could find. Therefore, if that is an issue, negotiate the tires you want during the sales process). We have taken my wife's 01 RX 300 in for service since they opened in Fredrick. Mat Waygood or service advisor has all ways made sure everything was done right the first time. While my wife enjoys the excellent amenities and atmosphere of the waiting area. We recently bought a new 2011 Lexus, Chris Rogers was our salesmen, Alex Clarke the finance manager, both men are very professional, answering all questions with no BS or pressure to make the sale. The attention after the sale was absolutely more than incredible. Both payed attention to every detail with follow up calls answering any questions we had. Chris has never acted like we bothered him when we showed up at Stevinson show room with questions like how to activate some safety features like what the heck is HAC,DAC,AFS, or questions about bluetooth technology, their sure is a lot of intimidating but cool buttons and switches in this Lexus. Bottom line when I make a large $$ purchase in One Day, on a high tech and top quality vehicle for sure I want Stevinson Lexus. You just plain need top quality and knowledgeable professionals to guide and answer questions during the sale. To personalizing your Lexus to your needs,from setting the seat to the to navigation settings, they did it for us plus plus. In this day and age it’s good to have a dealership that I can trust, when my wife takes either Lexus in for service I know she won’t be sold a service we don’t need, and she will be very content sipping her coffee and eating one of the pastries by the fire place in the waiting room while the cars are being taken care of. The Lexus is a wonderful care free vehicle that we have enjoyed tremendously but the margin of quality with other name plates has narrowed & we look forward to the new styling of the ES350. We had discussed looking at other cars but did not do so because of one dominant reason! That reason is the way we are handled at the dealership. We feel like family and are greeted with a smile & a sincere hug by the person who personifies & truly makes the bond for our business. That man's name is Chris Rogers!! Without our bond to Chris we would have probably looked at other dealerships but we keep returning to see our old friend. Product & customer service are the two sides of the coin that must we maintained if the dealership hopes to make the coin! As great as our relations are with Chris the story doesn't stop there. Alex Clarke in finance is superb & Matt Waygood in service round out the totally pleasurable experience at Stevinson Frederic Lexus. Although we are not related to anyone; we feel like we are family! We just purchased our seventh Lexus in the past eighteen years. All have been from Stevinson, and the past four vehicle experiences have been with Chris Rogers. He looks out for us, calls us when he thinks he might have something of interest, recommends things of value to us, and is never high pressure. We feel comfortable recommending Chris' services to our friends. We've also met the general manager, Brian Landauer, who also goes out of his way to greet us any time we are at the dealership. The service department has also been professional and helpful. You are definitely treated as a valued client at Stevinson, and even as a member of their family. I want to submit an extra comment about the salesperson, Chris Rogers. He is exceptional in his job; and because of his expertise, coupled with a very warm and friendly personality, I bought my Lexus! His knowledge of the product was unrivaled, he was able to tell me everything I wanted to know, and more, about the vehicle - which aided me in making my decision to buy. If it were not for Chris, I would not be, HAPPILY, now driving a Lexus! THANKS, CHRIS! I also want to add a comment on Alex Clarke in the financing department. What a joy he is, and so very knowledgeable and efficient. He made the financing part of the auto-buying experience seemless, and his personlity is extremely dear! My husband and I bought our first 2009 RX 350 used from Chris Rogers (an awesome man) 1 1/2 years ago. We had such a pleasant buying experience with him. When we bring our car in to get the oil changed or scheduled maintenance we always enjoy visiting with Chris. Our rear hatch was not opening so we went in to have it fixed. We love our car and it ran without any problems whatsoever. We had no intention of purchasing another car at this time, but we were looking around at the newer models of RX 350s and spotted a used 2010 RX 350 in the lot. It was an extremely low mileage car. We were star struck. Chris was with another customer and we were helped by a delightful young man, Adam Fedak. We looked at the car, got an appraisal on our car and negotiated on the 2010 RX 350 while our car was being serviced. Adam was very professional, polite and thourough. He is new to the dealership and did an exemplary job. When Chris was finished with the customer he was working with, he came to see how we were doing and came along side Adam to finish up our contract. We went to see Alex Clark next. This is the second time we've worked with him also. He is always in a positive and upbeat mood. He is so efficient in the job he does. There are so many papers to look at and sign. He has it down to a science and makes it all look easy. I cannot say enough positive things about the Lexus Of Frederick dealership. I am always awed at the way they treat their customers no matter what you are there for. The salesmen Chris Rogers and Adam Fedak are the best there are. The service department bends over backward to service your vehicle and make you comfortable while you wait or set you up with a car for you to drive if your car will be there for any length of time. From the moment we arrived to the moment we drove off the lot with our new (used) car, we were very happy. Our salesman Roger Yekel was extremely helpful and polite. We've had some minor issues with the car (again it's used) nothing out of the ordinary. So, I can speak highly of the service department as well. Again, very helpful and polite. I've purchased many cars and dealt with a lot of dealerships and I can honestly say this has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
