Purchased my 3rd Lexus RX one year ago and just took it in for the 10,000 mile checkup. Dealt with my friend Russ Dawson. We went to test drive the ct200h and get some literature and speak with a rep for more information. We were met by the internet guy and requested Jeff Farley, who was busy(acquaintances just purchased this and speak with a rep for more information. We were then asked to go ask our friends if we could test drive theirs and then come back! Seriously?!! We were told by the internet guy that he is having a hard time finding the cars anywhere in the US. Furthermore, we gave our name and number for Jeff to call us and it is going on 2.5 weeks with no communication. We drove to Kuni Lexus a few days later and they had both a demo and one for purchase. Scott Bakay greeted us and has been in contact ever since. I would not recommend Stevinson at all, for purchase of a car. Hopefully their service department is in better shape! More
