Great experience! We stopped at Stevenson to look at the RAV4 Hybrid. We were greeted by Allison and explained our purpose there. Avoid or beware, unfortunately these guys cant be trusted with your car and belongings. I'm not surprised to now find they have a poor ratings/reviews online. If it was possible I'd give them no stars, inste with your car and belongings. I'm not surprised to now find they have a poor ratings/reviews online. If it was possible I'd give them no stars, instead I'll give them no future business and make sure other customers don't fall victim to their employees scam. My bad experience is I had my new 4 Runner (which I brought off them with the full service package!) serviced at the Havana St Stevinsons dealership only to have one of the staff go through my car and steal money from it. I confronted the manager Dave Lottie who disappointingly did little about it and simply highlighted the company mantra "they take no responsibility for items left in vehicles". I say Stevinson Toyota take some responsibility, especially for who you employ as they are the people behind your company. Added to that they are most likely stealing from the company if they have no issues openly stealing from your customers. A month later not too surprisingly I still haven't had anyone call to follow up so obviously they don't care about me as a customer. Only person I heard from was some lady wanting me to complete a satisfaction survey. Are you kidding me? Needless to say I will never use them again, I'll never buy a car from them again for me personally or our business, I'll go out of my way to warn people about them and their lacklustre attitude towards customers. I'm picking they wont respond to this review or try to get in touch and do the right thing either. Worthless company. More

Sharon Hoppel was great I made a 7am appointment for warranty work about 2 weeks ago. I called the day before the appointment (yesterday) to confirm and was told they didn't I made a 7am appointment for warranty work about 2 weeks ago. I called the day before the appointment (yesterday) to confirm and was told they didn't have an appointment for me. I had taken the day off work to drive over to Stevenson and was pretty frustrated that they didn't have a slot for me but said I could bring it in at 845. I showed up at 7 with little hope that I could get the truck in early and get it out before noon so I could continue running errands. As soon as I started explaining my issue to Sharon she interrupted me with "no problem." And she said they'd get me in. She processed my car and I asked if it possibly could be done by 11 and she said it might be noon. To my delight she called about 11 to say my truck was ready. Everyone was very friendly. The staff was accommodating. And even Stevensons made the scheduling error, they took no extra time out of my day and made the whole process very smooth. I don't often use the dealer now since I have an older truck, but I am happy to say today's service exceeded the generally very good service I normally receive from Stevenson. More
