Nobody bothered to call me after 5 hours for a 1 hour software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status. Nobody could find the paperwork or my keys when I tried pic software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status. Nobody could find the paperwork or my keys when I tried picking it up. Different service rider directed me to wrong location to find my vehicle. Had to search all around to find my vehicle in front of a service garage bay. More
