Stingray Chevrolet Bartow

I had an appointment for 9 AM that I scheduled online the night before for the following, a tire rotation, a safety inspection, multi point inspection, TPMS sensors serviced and brake concern. Upon entering the service department, the service advisor seemed extremely irritated that a customer was present and was being short with me when inquiring what I was there for. Either the individual hates his job or just hates customer service in general. We both could have saved A lot of oxygen if he would have just asked for my name and looked up what service I had requested in the first place. Before leaving I did mention to him that the passenger side front tire had extreme wear on the outer edge of the tread. Fast forward to about 10:07am I was notified that the tires had been rotated and they confirmed the tpms sensors were dead and I was asked if they could move forward with fixing them…. What was the point of me signing the papers confirming what I needed done yet we’re doing a tire rotation before fixing the sensors… And because of that debacle, the tire that I had told him about that was extremely worn down on its outer edge was still on the passenger front side! *I didn’t notice the tire until the morning after said service appointment but long story this visit sucked. We have literally dealt with this dealership since 2017 and have never had an issue like this. More

Did not fix the issue. Cleared the codes and now they came back on along with the check engine light. When I brought the truck in for service the 3 service lights were stil Cleared the codes and now they came back on along with the check engine light. When I brought the truck in for service the 3 service lights were still on so I expected the problem to be fixed. Now the three service lights turned off again but my check engine light is now on. I cannot afford to be without my truck as I run a business where I pull trailers and bringing it there to be told nothing is wrong is frustrating to say the least. More

Wait time unacceptable. Appointment was at 8:30 and I did not leave until almost 11:00. I have been a customer first with Bartow Chevrolet and now with Sting Ray for many years and have gotten the last several cars from there. Have always gotten great customer service until Saturday August 22. Hope this doesnt happen again. More
