Service department stripped a lug stud and refused to give my car back unless I payed them to fix. Over charged for my tires had to go back next day and talk to the GM to get the money they over charged. give my car back unless I payed them to fix. Nobody bothered to call me after 5 hours for a 1 hour software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status. Nobody could find the paperwork or my keys when I tried pic software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status. Nobody could find the paperwork or my keys when I tried picking it up. Different service rider directed me to wrong location to find my vehicle. Had to search all around to find my vehicle in front of a service garage bay. More
