I worked directly with Ramona, Kenneth and Mario and had a very great experience. They were efficient, kind and worked with me to get a deal I’m satisfied with. I don’t know what all was done to my car and I had to ask if my car was finished. My keys were sitting at the front when I walked up so not sure how long my car was ready before I asked. Also, my car had handprints and fingerprints from them working on the car. Also, they didn’t wash it. More

Came in with a coupon for a $49. 95 oil change and tire rotation. Needed a front end alignment for$99.99. Been going there for a year and never had any issues. They charged me $30.00 for the tire rotation and a$20.00 shop fee for tire and battery disposal of which my service had nothing to do with. They won’t respond to any of my attempts to communicate. Very unprofessional, rude and unethical. I will never go to this location again. More

It felt like this dealership is still operating on outdated sales tactics. From the moment I pulled in, the environment felt claustrophobic—four salespeople positioned in the parking lot guarding the outdated sales tactics. From the moment I pulled in, the environment felt claustrophobic—four salespeople positioned in the parking lot guarding the entrance. That approach may have worked in the 1990s, but in 2025 it creates resistance before a conversation even begins. Most buyers today value transparency and space, not pressure before rapport is built. To be fair, Jared was professional, personable, and communicated reasonably well throughout the process. Where things broke down was during the paperwork. Mario, the sales manager, initially stated that the dent and key-fob warranty was $800. Later, while reviewing the paperwork, that same warranty was listed as $400, and then described as being “comped.” That creates confusion—either it was $800 or it was $400. Inconsistencies like that erode trust at the most critical point of the transaction. This experience didn’t feel aligned with a modern, customer-focused sales process, and it’s hard not to wonder how often this type of confusion shows up for other buyers as well. More

Unfair costumer service highly disappointed and feel robbed of my money. The sale is sealed and done and it shows that is all they care about. Will be filing a complaint with the higher up. More
