Very poor. The appointment was set for Tuesday, so I dropped the car off with Joe Platt on Monday. No call on Tuesday. Called and left messages on Wednesday. Called Thursday and refused to be put to voice mail. The receptionist hand wrote a message and said she would give it to Joe. Joe finally called back three and a half hours later. They never looked at the car. Issue was for squeeking brakes. Joe said it would cost $1,800 to fix even though the car is under warranty. Brakes are not bad or due for replacement. Joe stated that the brake rotors and pads were damaged because I drove the car in the rain. C8 Corvettes cannot be driven in the rain? I asked. He continued to stand on that fact and doubled down stating that it was my fault for damaging the car by driving in the rain and parking the wet car in the garage. Stated that it is not a warranty item due to driving in the rain and parking the car wet in the garage. Stated that the car should be left outside in the rain. Truly unbelievable! Bad on several levels! More

Was looking for a NC/ND Miata. Noticed this dealership had a 2017 one listed. Made an appointment to see it over the weekend. I called the day before and was told the car was being put up for auction. Jessica over at Stingray is the MVP! She was able to pull some strings and get the car back to the dealership. She was also very good at keeping me updated about the car, any questions I had were answered almost immediately. She never made me feel like a burden, never rushed me, never seemed annoyed by my questions. Highly recommend working with her!! Only reason this isn’t a 5 star was the car advertised looked nothing like the photos: 1. Hood was wrapped (not shown in photos). Was told this was to make the car look “sportier”. It’s a Miata - a sports car lol to be honest, it more so came off like they were hiding something under the wrap 2. Back up camera did not work 3. Side fender was popping out 4. Small dents and scuffs 5. One of the rims were bent. Now, not ONCE did the salesman, Mike, make me feel pressured into buying the car. However, I wish Mike didn’t have to play the whole “oh we can’t lower the price” and then when I leave, I get calls saying “I spoke with my manager and we actually can lower the price.” There would’ve been a higher chance of me purchasing the car if they would’ve been open to negotiations BEFORE I left. Overall, Jessica was awesome, Mike was solid and the entire experience was pretty good. I just don’t think the car was for me. More

Having worked with him in the past made a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. Then to finish the experience Brandon made signing my money away (lol) an easy experience and not so difficult. My overall experience was Fantastic with Stingray! More
