I have purchased many vehicles but this by far was the worst experience I have ever had. The salesperson, Bob B, was extremely inappropriate and made me quite uncomfortable talking about his sex life and worst experience I have ever had. It also took a week for me to pick up my car because it needed new tires and a windshield which was fine, but after picking up the vehicle I noticed that the bumper has a massive crack in it and a bunch of scuff marks like they backed it into something. After calling and speaking with Ricky at the dealership in Plant City where my vehicle was purchased, we were basically told that it was our fault and that we needed to look over the vehicle before we bought it. We explained that we already had looked at the vehicle and that there was no severe damage like that and that the new damage was fresh. The salesperson admitted that while he was driving the vehicle, he stalled out three times. That to me lets me know that he cannot drive a manual vehicle and would not be surprised if he is the one that caused the damage. We were basically told that we were xxxx out of luck and there is nothing that they are going to do for us and basically tried to blame the damage on me. Absolute worst experience of my life! More
