I listen to the Mike Calta show every morning and he always has some great things to say about Stingray Chevrolet so when the time came to buy a truck, that’s the first place I went. The dealership is a always has some great things to say about Stingray Chevrolet so when the time came to buy a truck, that’s the first place I went. The dealership is also very Veteran friendly so it was a no brainer. My Son is going to college this year so I bought a used truck to save a little money for his upcoming expenses. I was told that all used vehicles sold in their lot go through a multi-point inspection to ensure the vehicles are safe and in good working condition so I felt assured the truck was in good working order. A few days after the purchase, there was a loud noise from the steering column, I called the salesperson to let him know about the issue and he had me come back to take a look at it. They took a look and replaced the damaged rack and pinion steering parts. I took the truck home and a few weeks later the transmission started hard shifting and slipping. Called them back and they said there is nothing they can do. The cost to replace the transmission is $4,500 plus I’ll be without my truck for a few days. I know I could of purchased additional insurance, but at the same time I didn’t expect to buy a malfunctioning vehicle from Stingray. More
