Buyer beware I tried to buy a NEW 2018 Silverado. I live 6 hours away so had to deal with an internet sales person, asked for a regular sales man but never happen I tried to buy a NEW 2018 Silverado. I live 6 hours away so had to deal with an internet sales person, asked for a regular sales man but never happened, It was supposed to be Brian. The price advertised was $28455. I asked for the mileage but was told they would get it the next day(it was 5:00 pm) Next morning my son went to the dealer to get info on vehicle a salesman told him it was sold at 10pm the day before, they close at 7! She said more were coming in, so I gave it another shot. The advertised price went from $28455 to $39044 to $47555 to $38955 in minutes I have pictures. They low balled my trade in @19.5k then added “trade assistance “ 4K to make it 23.5k still 2-3k under the average blue book! They then charge me the tax difference on the $47555 price They charge a tag fee of $289.52 (tag scanning fee) plus another tag fee of $350, total of $639! I spoke with another Chevrolet dealer on the tag scan fee and they said they never heard of it and it was just an up charge. Way too much going on here for me to purchase a New Truck from this Dealership. More
