Indifferent Service Bought a New Silverado and wanted the tires (rubber only) on my old Silverado installed on the new truck. The tires on the old truck were new Micheli Bought a New Silverado and wanted the tires (rubber only) on my old Silverado installed on the new truck. The tires on the old truck were new Michelin (80,000 miles tread life) tires and produced a smooth and vibration free ride: much better than the original tires. Explained to the service rep what I wanted to do, and made an appointment for 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:30, then at 11 AM, I asked the Service person why the truck was still setting in the service lane. The answer was that I made an appointment to see him and not to do work on the truck. Not a good answer. I then talked to the service director who told me that they needed two lifts to do the work and it would take a while to free up the two. Not satisfactory since they new that when I made the appointment. After I protested, the work was completed and I got out of the dealership around 12:30. If I had not protested, I would still be sitting in the service waiting room. More

Got the car I wanted at a decent price. No pressure approach that I really appreciated. Lowballed me on the trade-in for my 2010 Camry LE. Gave me $2000 for a car that I expected would get $2900. Their own online trade-in evaluator had it valued over $3500. Other than that they were fantastic and stayed late to make the sale. Ask for Andrew. Justin was great in financing. Got me a better deal than I had when I went in and had the paperwork ready so I could sign and get out in about 10 minutes. More
