When I checked gauge for tire pressure after tire rotation each tire pressure reading had a different number Wxample: driver's left front was 38,passenger right front 36, passenger right rear 35,dr rotation each tire pressure reading had a different number Wxample: driver's left front was 38,passenger right front 36, passenger right rear 35,driver's rear 36. They just rotated tires and didn't check the pressure in each tire even though it said on paperwork tires were checked. More

When we arrived a young lady was trying to direct us to a different row, but we had already pulled in. She wanted us to cut through to another lane but my daughter (new driver) was not comfortable making th different row, but we had already pulled in. She wanted us to cut through to another lane but my daughter (new driver) was not comfortable making the maneuver. She started shaking her head us and rolling her eyes, even as sh approached our car she did it again to make sure we knew she was frustrated with us. It was very unprofessional. Once we got in Rick helped get us checked in. We left the car so no one had to rush. I had to call later that day and leave a message to get an update. Part needed not in stock and quoted me the price. Left car overnight and called next afternoon for a status. Part still not in. Had to go back to get car. Still waiting for part and callback. More
