I took my 2011 Camaro there to have the air conditioner fixed and the check engine light was on. The air conditioner was fixed for $150 but they told me to bring the car back to fix the codes that were bei fixed and the check engine light was on. My first oil change (3100 miles) was finished in a timely manor. But, waited 3 hours for a brake rotor problem, for them to tell me the parts are not in stock & back ordered..?! While making the appointment speaking with (a nice Lady) requesting to speak with service pre my appointment day... after requesting to speak w service (i had questions about the car acting up & weather to do the 7500 mi service early) about other things/problems, seperate from the oil change. I was told twice I would have to speak w service righter while checking in my Z06. I just wanted the dealership to be prepared for my visit and have no surprises. A total waisted 5.5hour of the day.. VERY DISAPPOINTED..!! They will call me when the new rotors ship. More
