Christian was very good, but maybe an update text or two would be nice to keep me in the loop. Stringray is good, minus a couple things. First of all communication. They put the 3rd one in, but the mechanic left a clamp bolt (might be old) on the windshield cowl and now my car vibrates (might be a connected issue). More

Had no appointment, only 2 weeks with my new traverse. Come to find out when we rolled down our passenger window, that it would only go down about 3/4 of the way. I was told that I didn’t need an appt to have a modular removed and new installed as it would only take a few minutes. Turns out it took over 4 hours. Service mgr did not do their job in my opinion. Purcel removed and new installed as it would only take a few minutes. Turns out it took over 4 hours. Service mgr did not do their job in my opinion. Purcel left work suddenly due to medical issue I was told. No problem with that. Service mgr should have reassigned his open work invoices. Complete fail. More
