They put the 3rd one in, but the mechanic left a clamp bolt (might be old) on the windshield cowl and now my car vibrates (might be a connected issue). More

Had no appointment, only 2 weeks with my new traverse. Come to find out when we rolled down our passenger window, that it would only go down about 3/4 of the way. Took it to Stingray on Saturday at 8am with no appointment, and by 10am we had our window fixed. Great job to Luis to get us into service. More

I was told that I didn’t need an appt to have a modular removed and new installed as it would only take a few minutes. Turns out it took over 4 hours. Service mgr did not do their job in my opinion. Purcel removed and new installed as it would only take a few minutes. Turns out it took over 4 hours. Service mgr did not do their job in my opinion. Purcel left work suddenly due to medical issue I was told. No problem with that. Service mgr should have reassigned his open work invoices. Complete fail. More
