Not to pleased with the service. I received a flyer indicating first oil change included tire rotation and top off DEF, I scheduled an appointment for the middle of the week because they couldn’t do oi indicating first oil change included tire rotation and top off DEF, I scheduled an appointment for the middle of the week because they couldn’t do oil change, tire rotation and alignment any other day.Upon arrival, the service tech asked me what service I needed, I had to tell him even after he looked up my name an appointment. When I asked about DEF, he stated that was my responsibility. It appears to me the only thing they did for the alignment was adjust the steering wheel to The left, the truck still pulls to the right when I let go of the steering wheel. I live 1.5 hours away, so I won’t be coming back for further service. More

I'm very happy with the service I received from Matt the service writer every time I have my vehicle serviced at Stingray. But on my last visit was for oil change and tire rotation, but found 3 of my cente service writer every time I have my vehicle serviced at Stingray. But on my last visit was for oil change and tire rotation, but found 3 of my center caps were missing and the tech left oily stains on the driver's door and driver's side fender. I was very disappointed this visit, but Matt got the 3 missing center caps ordered for me and will let me know when they receive them. Hopefully I can continue to use Stingray to service my 2020 Suburban Premier and my wife's 2020 Traverse. More
