I’ve always had a good experience with the Service Department and the Body Shop. This last service appointment the technician that changed the oil left it 3 quarts low. When I returned with my truck I was told he must have thought it was a 5 quart motor instead of an 8 quart motor. All he had to do was check the dipstick when he was done to make sure it was full of oil!! More

Was told the tire warranty covered so much and turns out it didn’t. Clearly taken advantage of. I bought the car 2 years ago from Hunter and it was a tremendous experience. I was told about the tire warranty and how it covered new tires for the first 150k miles. Turned out it didn’t. Not happy. I feel as though I was taken advantage of. Not sure if we will be buying our vehicles from this dealership in the future. More

The service was great, very quick and the problem was fixed. If I had one complaint, it was the incredible rudeness of the two young ladies at the payment desk. Neither of them looked up once during the entire transaction and explanation, they gave only one word responses and gave the impression that I was really disturbing them by paying my bill. It should be noted I was not upset or complaining, I really didn’t didn’t even have any questions, they just went out of their way to put a sour note on an otherwise pleasant experience. More
