I made an appointment for the repairs needed for my truck and waited a week for the scheduled time. I brought the truck the night before my 7:30 am appointment only for it to be put in line as if I just show and waited a week for the scheduled time. I brought the truck the night before my 7:30 am appointment only for it to be put in line as if I just showed up with no appointment. After three days I called the service advisor to find out what was needed to fix my antenna. I agreed to the price only to have my truck put back in line to wait. Needless to say after a week I called and picked up the truck without getting everything fixed. I don’t know where I will get the rest of the repairs done it just want be at your shop. More
I was impressed at the speed of the express lane once they finally got my vehicle in but disappointed that didn’t use any type of floorboard protection. I had oily marks on my mat when I got in. If the appointment time isn’t honored then don’t require me to make an appointment. More
