Not happy! Had to return vehicle the day after a service visit, back to the service department. Horrible experience at this dealership yesterday. I went there to check my battery or the starter because I got an email from onstar so long story short. I called them before going there and not only once b there to check my battery or the starter because I got an email from onstar so long story short. The 1st person told me it was free and the second assured me it was also free, but for some reason when I got there guess what I had to pay 221 for the xxxx battery. If I knew that I would have bought it and install it myself. I mean you gotta be kidding me. What the xxxx, they lost all the respect I had for them. More
Took my Camaro in for an engine light and a vibration issue. Check in process was quick and easy. Was given a loaner and told it would take a couple days. On forth day, I had to call to get update. It still hadn’t had the engine light addressed but vibration was fixed. They did fix it the next day but an update call would have been appreciated. People are generally friendly but this is a high volume service department so don’t expect a lot of personal attention. More
