Upon arriving for my appointment the staff was good with helping me out with a loaner till my truck was fixed....what really caught me off guard was i was the only person inside and out who was wearing a ma helping me out with a loaner till my truck was fixed....what really caught me off guard was i was the only person inside and out who was wearing a mask in this crucial time....once my truck was done i had no one explain to me just exactly what the cause of my issue was...please be aware that this is the 1st time something of this nature has occurred...i have never had this problem inall the other times i have brought my truck in for service More

I brought my 2017 Chevy Cruz to Stingray for the routine lube, oil, and tire rotation. Florida is my Service guide, and checked me in. I also had wiper blades installed. When I initially purchased my 2019 Colorado I was amazed at the quality of service at Stingray Chevrolet. Unfortunately when it came to my warranty work, I was far from impressed. I'll begin by saying th at the quality of service at Stingray Chevrolet. Unfortunately when it came to my warranty work, I was far from impressed. I'll begin by saying the employees themselves are not responsible for this review, the dealership as a whole is. I was treated very well by the women I dealt with in the service department. I was told my vehicle would be in the shop for up to a month in order to have the small issues in the transmission properly looked at. That wasn't an issue for me since I was being given a loaner while without my vehicle. At the end of the check-in process I learned I was being given a Chevy Trax as a loaner. This left me in a major bind as I use my truck for work every single day. I explained the situation and made it clear I needed a truck with a bed for a loaner, but that didnt change a thing. Eventually I left the dealership, on a day I had taken off of work to get my vehicle fixed, without getting anything accomplished. I find it very disheartening to have a dealership that was so quick to sell a truck to me unable to properly set me up with even a relatively similar vehicle, especially when the service will take up to a month. I brought my Colorado to Wesley Chapel Chevrolet. My parts are ordered and i am not without a truck. They will have my business when I purchase my next Chevy. More
