This had to be one of the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I can’t even get the GM to call me back. I left him a Voicemail but no call back. I’m contacting GM. I had my truck in for warranty to work and a oil change and I was a bother for being there. Only two people ever even tried to help. Lisa Rice and a Lube guy named LEE. So I get called my truck is ready take off work to go pick it up and the oil change had not even been done. If I wouldn’t have asked for a new oil change stick it wouldn’t have ever been done. While standing there three other customers were yelling because of how the advisors just treat you like a bother. Two were cussing everybody out. One advisor talked to Lisa Rice like a dog. That guy thought he was the best thing to ever happen to this world. I will be calling GM to let them know how customer service is there and I’m sure others are calling. I will also let them know the GM at this store won’t return calls. More

For my Cruze service. Joe is amazing. He will be my only service rep. I was disappointed in my Cruze though. It had 86k miles on it. When I brought it in I was told it blew a head gasket. I had bring the ca service rep. I was disappointed in my Cruze though. It had 86k miles on it. When I brought it in I was told it blew a head gasket. I had bring the car in for months about the same issue but it was never solved. So after it blew I had to buy a new car. I only received $250 trade in, even though I had just purchased over $450 worth of new tires a month before. I knew the blue book and I knew the cost of the repairs. The $250 would have been accurate give or take a few. But I should have received more for the tires alone. I have been a loyal StingRay customer for years. I felt a bit slighted on this portion of my experience. More
