We had an issue with window tint that was installed on the car before we purchased it. I know that tint manufactures warrant their tint and glue for life, but you have never run into this before. Justin found out how to get it under warranty and worked on our schedule of when we could get the car in to have the rear window stripped and re-tinted. He was awesome. More
I'm assuming this lady is the service advisor Dorinda Phillips... she was very rude in my opinion to the young lady that met me at my car and toke my name to me she was very nice and polite anyways when Phillips... she was very rude in my opinion to the young lady that met me at my car and toke my name to me she was very nice and polite anyways when she toke me inside Dorinder Phillip's yelled at her and told her she should have just taken my keys and had me to take a seat not come to her with the virus and all going around I just looked at her she asked for my keys I hand them to her she grabbed a wipe which was fine and held them like I had something on them!! In my opinion if you are going to act like that to customers YOU yourself should have on a MASK, GLOVES , and a PLASTIC SUIT!!!! how does the customers know what YOU got!!!! Especially you acting like that WE all need to be safe not just YOU!!!!... That's my view....have a nice day More

Th Mr. S. Hurley, You need to swap over and begin selling Ford vehicles. My 2005 Chevrolet Corvette is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever owned. The shifter cable broke, the TCM went out, the shifter locks up quite often, it throws Traction System Service codes, U101 codes, the service engine light stays on and it is just a very unreliable hunk of garbage. I have two Ford trucks with many, many miles on them and would jump in either tonight and head to California. My Corvette won’t make it three blocks to the Dollar General. And, the most pitiful part is that it only has 22,300 miles on it. From all I’ve read, these are common Corvette issues that the factory knows about, but won’t do anything to correct them. Please switch over to Ford. You are a good man, your people are wonderful to deal with, but the Chevrolet product is crap. I hope GM does a better job on the ventilators. I know now why you give a Corvette away every year... More

My vehicle’s idle would almost stall. I remembered a letter I received a couple of years ago about a possible solenoid issue with the year, make and model of my vehicle. I called Stingray and they made letter I received a couple of years ago about a possible solenoid issue with the year, make and model of my vehicle. I called Stingray and they made me an appointment for the very next day. The technician ran a test on my vehicle and confirmed that the solenoid was an issue. The service department took care of the problem and a very timely fashion and my vehicle is back to running great. Thank you Stingray Chevrolet! More
Very dissatisfied with the quality of service. Because I did not purchase my vehicle there they treated me like a leper. Starting with Jeremiah. I stood at his counter for nearly 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from him whatsoever that’s just Ignorance and poor practice. I had a conversation with Justin Lawson shortly after that and I got a story about GM‘s computer system making service decisions but yet when I talk to GM customer assistance later that same day, they claim they have never heard of such a thing. Prior to dropping my car off for service I spent $100 to have it detailed and cleaned when I picked it up after service it was completely filthy. Again just another sign of disrespect on behalf of Stingray Chevrolet. I will be sure to give them plenty of free advertising !!!!! More
