Absolutely horrible experience. Would not recommend the service department to anyone. Had my Equinox for over 2 months for a transmission issue that I took to them a month prior to this visit and explain t service department to anyone. Had my Equinox for over 2 months for a transmission issue that I took to them a month prior to this visit and explain to Francisco what was going on he could obviously care less as at that visit he just dissapeared and never said a word to my wife and I, we sat there for over 4 hours, none of his fellow employees could find him, so another service advisor had to help us. We were Just to be told it was an update with computer software! Then a month later we get the check engine light on. We took it to Stingray and they kept it. Gave us a Trax. We dealt with the service manager Ricky this time. The car was up there for over 2 weeks and nobody called and told us about what was wrong with the Equinox. We had to call making several calls being placed on hold and told that someone would call us back, never dis. We had to continuously call them. After 30 days we had to resign for the rental asked for a bigger rental Trax was too small, that's the reason we bought a EQUINOX. We went up there. They said they didn't have anything bigger. But gave another person an Equinox who came in after I did. We the car was finally done I went to get it none of the service members including the manager didnt explain anything to us about what was wrong with our car! Absolutely will not be going back to Stingray horrible experience do not recommend to anyone!! More
When I went to setup to get my truck fixed I was greated by a very nice young lady who directed me to a desk where she setup the service rep to have my truck looked at. When I returned on my day and time ag by a very nice young lady who directed me to a desk where she setup the service rep to have my truck looked at. When I returned on my day and time again she directed me to the service rep where he took all the info got someone to take my truck to get looked at, I was then directed to the lounge where fresh coffee and pastries awaited me. With coffee and pastry in hand I sat down to watch 1 of the many TV's that were around the room I was then greated by a young lady that asked about my needs today did I have any questions and was told that there are people at StingRay that will sit down with you and search for a new/used vehicle if you are looking for one then when found they direct you to a sales person to hash out prices. I enjoyed talking to all even other customers that were in the lounge. I felt at home comfortable relaxed and then my service rep came over told me what was wrong with my truck and asked if he could set up a date to get my truck fixed. Of course I had to check with my wife first to make sure we did not need the truck. I have not gotten back to them yet, but it was a fun enjoyable hour. Thanks. More
The service that I have experienced at the plant city dealership has been great. The staff are helpful and courteous, and they complete the service on my vehicle quickly and efficiently. Service was good though i don't belive i should have been charged for a coil under factory Warranty. Also should've been under epa Warranty 8 yrs 80kmiles. Truck had 30223 miles.......
