We recently had our 2015 Tahoe in for a recall on the brakes. After the recall work was completed something wasn’t right. We took it back and they gave us a loaner vehicle at no charge while the parts brakes. After the recall work was completed something wasn’t right. Poor communication. If something is supposed to take an hour you should let the customer know it will be double that before it’s been an hour and a half.
