My Engine Is Now Blown Truck came in for one issue. Was told tech found other issue and plugs needed to be replaced. Valve cover also needed to be replaced due to oil leakin Truck came in for one issue. Was told tech found other issue and plugs needed to be replaced. Valve cover also needed to be replaced due to oil leaking. Was told to come pick up the vehicle. Advisor never ordered part, truck ran for less than a week. Leaking oil, misfiring leading to engine failure. Terrible advice by lame duck advisor. Misdiagnosis by tech and a horrible experience overall. Spent almost $900 for absolutely nothing, truck is now worthless. Advisor has since quit. Not even an apology or a call back from the service director. What a joke. More

Love my local center Always a pleasant, professional experience at Stingray. I always enjoy my visit and they are always looking out for my best interests. I had a recall on my truck that should have taken up to 2 hours. Not only did they change my oil and rotate my tires on top of the recall, but actually got it all done in about an hour.
