Service side is falling apart. Bought 1st camaro from Steve Hurley in 2009 and have been loyal since then with all vehicles. Rolling the dice lately with poor vehicle and customer service. Oil change that resulted in engine failure Took car for oil change with no issues. Drove 105 miles and the car engine failed and now has to be replaced. We met with the manager to see what they would offer due to the potential of the oil change causing the issue and they were not willing to assist in any manner with repair More
SERVICE DEPARTMENT I had my 1999 corvette towed into the service center. It needed clutch work and there was a engine warning for steering column lock. I waited 2 week I had my 1999 corvette towed into the service center. It needed clutch work and there was a engine warning for steering column lock. I waited 2 weeks to hear back from someone until I finally called for an update. Found out nothing had been done, not even a diagnostic. Ricky in the service department said he would get someone on it right away which he did. $3000 later, a new clutch and new cylinders replaced. Nothing was done about warning light as they said it never came on. I did pick up my vehicle almost a week after the repairs were completed as I was out of town for holidays. When I picked up my car they it was absolutely filthy. And the mechanic left a dirty rag in the floorboard. And the key fob is no longer controlling the locks. I even replaced the battery. It was working fine when I had the car delivered. Overall wasnt too impressed with the level of service or communication. I've since found a place that will gladly work on a "classic" corvette. More

Horrible service Can’t believe the service I got. Paid $1000 to have repairs done only for my engine to be blown a week later. Left 5 or 6 messages for the so called s Can’t believe the service I got. Paid $1000 to have repairs done only for my engine to be blown a week later. Left 5 or 6 messages for the so called service director Justin Lawson. Never had the decency or the fortitude to call me back one time. Even got charged an extra $137 for a diagnostic when it was brought back in for the problem that was supposedly fixed. I will never buy another vehicle or recommend Stingray Chevrolet to anyone else ever again. As a business owner I am appalled by the lack of customer service and follow up by all involved in the situation. More
I drive 45 minutes because of their great service. Every person I’ve dealt with in the Stingray Service Department are knowledgeable and straightforward. I only take my Corvette to Stingray and now tha Every person I’ve dealt with in the Stingray Service Department are knowledgeable and straightforward.
