Never notified when truck was ready to pick up We brought our truck in for the second time in a month due to the check engine light being on. Finally on Nov 6 we were contacted by voicemail that the truck was done, it was on my phone number I had said not to call my number, I said to call my husbands phone. Anyway I had my husband call them, they said they had been trying since October to get a hold of us, no idea what number they were trying as the 1st call we received was Nov 6!!!! More

Told him I had scheduled service, He took my information and I explained besides the oil change I was having an issue with the windshield washing fluid. He walked me out side checked the windshield washer pump motor and did a walk around the truck. Said he take care of the issue. Which they did. Had the oil changed, tires rotated and washer repairs in an hr. Great Customer Service, this was the third time I’ve had my vehicle worked on twice for oil changes and once for some body work. The Team of service people are very friendly, helpful and competent! I’ll continue to use Stingray Chevrolet to work on my vehicles. More

Excellent service as always I knew when my 2002 Pontiac Firehawk's Security light was flashing and it wouldn't start that it was time for another trip to Stingray Chevrolet (last I knew when my 2002 Pontiac Firehawk's Security light was flashing and it wouldn't start that it was time for another trip to Stingray Chevrolet (last month was a window motor).
