Dissapointed I took my car in for a 100k mike check up and an oil change. When I picked up the car an error showed up the second I turned on the car. No one in mai I took my car in for a 100k mike check up and an oil change. When I picked up the car an error showed up the second I turned on the car. No one in maintenance or the porter bother to mention seeing a code even though they would have to move the car to pick up, and no one left at the office knew what the code meant. It took them 3 days to research and let me know it meant I should look at a belt because I had hit 100k miles. This is not the first time the maintenance team did not do a thought test and check of the car before calling to say it was done. Last time I brought it in, the check engine light was still one and more work needed to be done. The icing on the cake was when trying to return the rental, I confessed I did not fill it up completely and women at the rental depart told me I had to leave the dealership to fill up a half a gallon of gas or pay a $20 fee. More
