Attitude We had appt for oil change and arrived promptly at the scheduled time walked inside and there was no one to help us because they were extremely short We had appt for oil change and arrived promptly at the scheduled time walked inside and there was no one to help us because they were extremely short staffed and we were not greeted. we proceeded to the waiting area where a rep asked if we had been helped, of course we responded with a no, and he took details of visit. We explained we had brought a coupon to use on this visit, and instructed him to change only the oil, filter and check all of the fluids, we explained we did not want the tires rotated or any tire service. With a sarcastic remark he replied we do not rotate tires in the lube rack, that he would only put air in tires. I reiterated that I did not want any service on the tires. The work was completed in a normal amount of time and the vehicle was returned to us. Upon checkout at the cashier there was no discount applied for the coupon, it was explained to us the coupon had to be presented upon arrival, but, he did not want it. After a brief delay, the cashier made the appropriate discount, the bill was paid and we departed. After thinking this over, this experience could be approximated by stating the this particular rep slammed his ears shut when we were talking. Over all the visit was very unpleasant and the most enjoyable part was the free donut. Right at the onset of the visit with initial contact, we felt alienated. More
