Service needs to be faster It took multiple visits over the course of 9 weeks to get 4 fully functional new tires installed on my car. During installation of the tires, the pain It took multiple visits over the course of 9 weeks to get 4 fully functional new tires installed on my car. During installation of the tires, the paint was scratched off my car, and I had to take it back to be painted. Only my interactions with Dorinda, Lisa and Robert were great. Everyone else I spoke with was very unhelpful. I finally have my car back in one piece and looking beautiful again. More

Always Great Bill kept me up to date at all times, and I always had an expectation of when the car would be worked on, what other problems there might be and when Bill kept me up to date at all times, and I always had an expectation of when the car would be worked on, what other problems there might be and when the car would be ready - everything. He also found a part of my repair that was covered by Chevy, so I saved a bunch of money. As usual, I had a loaner car, which eliminated all kinds of worry about when my car would be ready.
