Service needs to be faster It took multiple visits over the course of 9 weeks to get 4 fully functional new tires installed on my car. During installation of the tires, the pain It took multiple visits over the course of 9 weeks to get 4 fully functional new tires installed on my car. During installation of the tires, the paint was scratched off my car, and I had to take it back to be painted. Only my interactions with Dorinda, Lisa and Robert were great. Everyone else I spoke with was very unhelpful. I finally have my car back in one piece and looking beautiful again. More

Unscheduled service Friday I was having battery problems. Called to schedule service for Friday, but no appointments available. BJ and Ms. Phillips help to get me in a loaner and the service to my car was complete before the end of the day. The service writer kept me informed during the process.
