Won’t go back Dropped car off on Monday with appt. Called Tuesday pm to check (hadn’t received update). Nothing had been done. Called Thursday morning to check. Vehicle still hasn’t been seen nor had I received any phone calls. I picked my vehicle up and took to Tampa where it was purchased to have all the extended warranty work and more done. Will not be returning or recommending Stingray Chevrolet again for service. More

It was very long and Bruno was useless. I was very disappointed by the service I got. Normally it is great. Bruno helped me very little and tried to over sell. The only people who were amazing were Cindy and the amazing receptionists. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and a recall update. Very disappointed. The cashier continued to have a conversation with another associate while I was standing at the desk for about 20 seconds without being recognized. Terrible costumer service. Bruno Unetti couldn’t get off of his phone to have a conversation about my tire. I had a hole in my tire and he couldn’t even tell me where on the tire it was. He just read me my summary notes that stated I just had a hole. More

Instead, the consumer had to contact the dealership to determine the status of the vehicle, was given a repaired vehicle with no warranty, was dirty, with track left over from their personnel. Everything was completely unacceptable. The only positive was the ladies at the front service desk, Lisa, Claudia, and Alacia. In addition, the Service Manager Justin, seemed unconcerned with my complaints. More
