I really like Mr. Joe Platt he is such a nice man and very kind. I reccomend this place for sure. Some dealerships mess up your car so that way you can keep going back to fix things, but this place never did that in my car that's another reason I come back here because I trust their service. Friendly group of ladies in the service dept Took the truck to another GM dealership for a steering issue two previous times, very minimal improvement. Third times the charm! Truck doesn’t drive like a 1970 semi anymore. Only thing I wish they would have done was to top off the DEF fluid when they did the oil change. One week out from the service and my warning lights going off saying 29% of fluid is left. I’m getting ready to drive 1700 miles and would like to avoid the 3am earning to add fluid. Like happened 2 weeks after I bought the truck and had an unplanned trip for a dying family member. Overall I’m very happy. Just check the DEF when you do the service on a diesel truck! More

My Malibu regular service check I brought my pre-owned certified 2016 Malibu in for the oil change, tire rotation service, etc. this past Saturday and, as usual, everyone was so frie I brought my pre-owned certified 2016 Malibu in for the oil change, tire rotation service, etc. this past Saturday and, as usual, everyone was so friendly and always willing to please. Flat Tire I have a new 2019 Grand Sport Corvette. One day I woke up and one of the front tires was flat. I have run flats so the pressure only went down to 14 p I have a new 2019 Grand Sport Corvette. One day I woke up and one of the front tires was flat. I have run flats so the pressure only went down to 14 psi. I called StingRay and the operator forward my call to my service rep Joe. Joe explained how run flats work and encouraged me to put air in the tire and bring it in. Joe also explained that sometime runflats can't be repaired and that I might need a new tire. It so happened that the day I took my car in was the day the tire guy called in sick. Joe was so nice he arranged for a rental. The next day Joe called and informed me that was car was ready. He also informed me that I needed a new tire but that it was no charge because I had coverage. The whole process was smooth with the help of Joe. Thank you. More
