Then I dealt with Asher, who said they couldn't refund me the $445-ish they had overcharged me on the spot, and I had to wait for a refund check to be mailed to me in 30 days. So, they made the mistake, and I have to wait to get a refund...which I have yet to receive. More

This was my first visit. It was for an oil change and tire rotation for my company car; a 2025 Chevy Equinox. I had a very good experience at this dealer’s Birmingham service department. Simon was the first person to greet me upon my arrival, and directed me to the service counter. The service manager and advisors were extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations. I am usually reluctant to visit a dealership for any service; it’s like spending the night in the ER. While my car was being serviced, Bo showed me the new Bronco and answered all of my questions. Although I’m not currently in the market, I did express to him that I’ll be retiring in 2 years and that I’d narrowed my retirement vehicle down to the Bronco and Land Rover Defender. Because of my 5 star experience, I strongly recommend Stivers dealership for service and sales. More
