Within 7 days the passenger door mirror stopped going in and out. They told me I would have to pay for it cause I didn’t have an extended warranty. Def was half empty in the diesel truck. Had a nail in the tire when I bought it but didn’t realize it till I got home. Told me I didn’t purchase their truck extended warranty for the tires, so I had to pay to get it fixed. More

I had a very good experience at this dealer’s Birmingham service department. Simon was the first person to greet me upon my arrival, and directed me to the service counter. The service manager and advisors were extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations. I am usually reluctant to visit a dealership for any service; it’s like spending the night in the ER. While my car was being serviced, Bo showed me the new Bronco and answered all of my questions. Although I’m not currently in the market, I did express to him that I’ll be retiring in 2 years and that I’d narrowed my retirement vehicle down to the Bronco and Land Rover Defender. Because of my 5 star experience, I strongly recommend Stivers dealership for service and sales. More
