Waited 2 hours to get a weather shield replaced. 4 screws. People coming in after me were getting full oil changes and other work and leaving before my truck was ever brought in the bay. I had to ask him and all he would say is “ they will get to it when they can”. I had been in the day before and had to wait for the part. Set it up to return the next morning and was treated like I had just walked in about the inquiring about the shield. Took an hour to determine extended warranty would not cover it. More
