"Unnecessary Attitude is not NEEDED"

I get my oil change done here every time i need it done and usually Jerry helps us. Jerry is always very friendly but this time, my bf dealt with Jose. Let me start by saying that it took a little over 2 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment for an oil change. No other service was done. I booked my appointment online for $64.95. When I was checking in, she told me 69.95 which I thought was after tax. After waiting for 2 hours the lady at the cashier counter said $72 and that I can talk to Jose to change the price. I went to go talk to Jose and I showed him the online price for $65.95. He told me that I should have brought it up before I signed the paper and that I pay for what I signed for. I did not appreciate the attitude because it was clearly not my fault what so ever. Their system need to be parallel with their website. It was very unprofessional of them to charge me more than what I booked online. They should be on top of their website management. Jose did change the price back to 65.95 for me but I he made me feel like it was my fault. He should take some accountability and admit their mistakes. For example, “I apologize for the inconvenience. I will change the price back for you and make sure I report the issue to our online team.” I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

"Very poor service"

I made an appointment for service on my Honda the time 11:15 AM. Now, an oil and filter change is about a 20 minute job. here it is 2 hours later and I am still waiting. What is the sense of making and appointing a time for service if you are not going to abide by the time asigned? This shows total lack of respect for your customers! Some of us are busy and plan our days according to our appointments we have set up. I have been getting my Honda serviced at this site for 10 years and have spent plenty of money here. I will not be spending anymore money at your dealership because I won't be back and my next new car purchase will be elsewhere!

First time today taking my car in for its first oil change. I was immediately approached by service advisor Lorenzo Meza as soon as I walked into the door. He got my car in and out within an hour even though the place was packed. Came in and picked it up just as fast. Lorenzo and the staff are awesome. Best experience I ever had. Now I can enjoy my Saturday. I will be back. Thanks Lorenzo and Stockton Honda.

We just received our license plates and went to Stockton Honda for the install. Osvaldo Patina is so helpful. He thinks of everything. We need a little training on the various features and go that done as well. We are enjoying our car and everything about it!

Took my car in to service for low tire presure. Found out i had 2 nails in tire. Tire had to be replaced and with no charge to me. Woot woot. A young girl helped me and she was amazing. Very polite. Pretty sure her name is jennifer camacho. Totally deserves a high 5.
