As a VW enthusiast, I finally found the perfect place to buy my new VW and any future VW. The guys there and the manager, Mike Huyett, were both VW enthusiasts!! How rare is that?! In my experience it's very rare, I only saw such enthusiasm at the BMW Motorcycle dealer out in Fredericksburg. I negotiated pretty hard and kept them up past closing hours, I had to get the best deal possible, and they were as patient as could be. In the end, I really enjoyed my experience there and would recommend this particular dealer to anyone who's looking for a VW, I wouldn't buy my next VW from anywhere else. Oh, and ask for Javan, he's a good man. If he gives you trouble just ask for Mike Huyett ;-P More

The staff were very helpful in offering to try to find another vehicle if necessary. We visited this dealership after talking with several on the phone because Carroll Prince impressed us with his sincerity and effort to give us a good deal. We had visited one dealership a few days back, which would not go below a certain price, and Carroll beat that. When we visited him, we were impressed by the amount of respect he treated us with and the professionalism he displayed during the test drive and the ensuing negotiations. His price was better than the other dealers we had talked with, but best of all was his mannerisms, which would make him a role model among sales consultants. We obtained financing for the car, and ALL of the paperwork (with Christina) took us about 30 - 45 mins. This was a big change from the 3 hours !!!! it took us to do the same when we had purchased a Honda two years back from a different dealership. So far, we have had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. But but we have just purchased the car and will learn more about them from our future dealings :) More

In August I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Volkswagen from ANOTHER dealer. Soon after purchasing the vehicle, I experienced problems with the disc brakes and brought the vehicle into Stohlman Volkswagen from ANOTHER dealer. Soon after purchasing the vehicle, I experienced problems with the disc brakes and brought the vehicle into Stohlman Automotive to diagnose the problem. My service advisor informed me that the front and rear disc brakes needed to be replaced. I was extremely concerned that the problem arose so soon after purchasing the CPO vehicle, as the brake problem should have been fixed before the vehicle was sold to me by this other dealership. The repair was not covered by the VW CPO warranty, so I contacted VW of America Customer Service to lodge a complaint. The total price of the repairs as quoted by Stohlman was nearly $1,100. VW of America agreed to provide me with a $500 credit towards the repair. After then speaking with Stohlman Service Manager Joe Lishman, he understood my problem and promised to speak with VW of America and take care of the situation for me. Despite the fact that Stohlman was not in any way responsible for the initial problem, Joe worked with VW of America and ultimately directed his team to install new front and rear brake pads and rotors on my vehicle AT NO COST TO ME. Stohlman Automotive went above and beyond my expectations in resolving a problem that was caused by another dealership in the first place. I am very pleased with the service provided by Stohlman and would not hesitate to use or recommend them in the future. More
