Because of health issues, going to the dealer was difficult and Nora kindly brought the CR-V to my home to view it. That put this dealer way up on the rating list for me. Even the paperwork was done at home as I don't travel well on my own yet. Very little haggling on trade-in and the price was agreed on quickly. And I even went to the Herndon dealer rather than Tyson's Corner. "No problem" said the Herndon manager and Nora brought the car out to Herndon for me. The rain was pouring down as we were leaving and one of the staff brought the car into the shop so we wouldn't get wet. When you're ready to buy a car, please put this dealership high on your list. They truly understand customer service and going that little bit extra to make it a pleasant experience. More

Carroll Prince at Stohlman was fantastic. He was totally professional and straightforward, which I really appreciated. His team was also impressive - we ended up financing part of the cost of our new Subar professional and straightforward, which I really appreciated. The competitors just don't give you the same experience - Stohlman is more professional and more mature, and at other places I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of uninformed rookies! More
