He’s a no-pressure guy who wants people to make informed decisions and be happy with them. We’ve bought two cars from Stohlman in the past and were treated well. I started my search one week ago and I had a very specific car in mind, a Subaru Forester 2.5 XT Touring. I found a handful of these cars but Saad seemed to be the most honest and easy to work with. I narrowed my options down to 3 cars. I emailed each dealer and asked about pricing because I wanted to pick 1 dealership to visit. I picked Stohlman mainly because Saad kept up with me as I made my decision. I was more comfortable texting and emailing and he stayed attentive through these exchanges. I asked a plethora of questions at every turn and always got my answers. Since I was far away and didn't want to waste time going to a car only to find out that there was something wrong with it, I asked Saad to thoroughly inspect the car for any scratches or anything else I should know about. He did and found a tiny scratch which he took a picture of and sent to me! Very honest in my opinion. My flight out to this dealership was delayed and I was worried because they were to close only 15 minutes after we touchdown. I asked Saad if someone can pick us up and they came through! By the time we arrived at the dealership, it was closed. Everyone there did their job without complaint and made us completely happy. When my husband decides to by his car, we will definitely see if these guys have his car choice on their lot! More

Bad Experience Paul Turk was the sales who greeted me with a bad joke. I wanted to test drive a Beetle and a GTI. Paul asked me "Are you buying two cars?“ I was shock with this bad joke. Later, he mentioned that it is a busy day and he was wondering why I wanted to demo two different cars. Again, he thinks that I was asking something a favor during his busy day. Test drive went on OK but I told Paul to give me two serious quotes so that I could decide which car to buy. Paul came back with two ridiculous quotes. The beetle's price was $5000 more than the advertised price! What a bad sales with horrible experience. Paul should be re-trained and to learn how to treat customers with minimum respect. More
