In visiting and speaking with the other dealerships I had some negative experiences which made me very hesitant in buying a car and going through the stress and hassle. I finally decided that I would wait indefinitely to buy a car, as it seemed that I would be unable to find what I needed. I contacted Stohlman online to get some price quotes, and was pleasantly surprised at how much better their pricing was compared to other dealers. I particularly appreciated the overall attitude of the dealer, as it seemed much more straightforward and upfront than others. I ultimately started talking to Alan Soon as my salesman, and I am very glad that we got in contact with one another. Alan helped me through the buying process, as I was very hesitant and uncertain. I initially decided not to buy the vehicle but eventually reconsidered and came in, due to the customer service and good communications I had with Alan and . Perhaps the best part of dealing with the staff at Stohlman, and Alan in particular, is the sense that good people work here. It is evident in his work that Alan goes above and beyond for his customers, and truly cares for their well being. I am very glad for the great deal that I got, and above all very grateful for the great service that I received. I want to thank Alan in particular, as you rarely deal with someone, especially in sales, who is so genuine. Even though there are dealers closer to my house, I will definitely be coming back to Stohlman for my next purchase! More

Our agent was Neils Ribiero and not only was he very knowledgeable about all of the Subaru vehicles, he was also very patient. Zero pressure and when it was time to make the purchase Neils worked hard at getting exactly what we wanted. By the time we were finished with the purchase we had also spent time with Stephan Sagbo who was also extremely patient and is someone, like Neils, who really knows Subaru cars. The next time we want a car we will head back to this dealership for sure. More

So I was on a mission to find a replacement and not at all happy with the situation. I was in a bad mood. I have a hearing problem. I was also out of patience with car salesmen for Oregon to Ohio who have listening problems. In the past 2 days I’d been told everything I did not want to hear when I called Stohlman. Lucky for me Alan Soon answered the phone. Even though he only sells new cars, he listened to my tale of woe and didn’t pass me off to someone else. He went to the trouble to find out about the 2015 Touareg the dealership had just listed on the internet (they are really hard to find). He waited over an hour for me to drive to the dealership, had the key in hand and took me out for a test drive that included all the types of driving I told him we encounter on a weekly basis: mountain driving with hairpin curves, in-town high traffic driving and things like the need for threshold braking, responsive acceleration, off-road capabilities. Alan took the time to figure out a test drive that covered it all. He even showed me where I could hit the gas to get a feel for the acceleration. He showed me exactly what I wanted to see and told me what I needed to know. He knew the vehicle, he knew the specs, he new the capabilities and most importantly he understood our crazy schedule. We purchased the car from Alan Soon in just under 24 hours. It does not get better than that. No matter what you are looking for talk to Alan Soon first. More
