I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Javan. He walked me through every step, including 2 test drives, in order to help me make the right decision. I never felt any pressure, and I felt I could be honest with him about the features I liked and those I didn't like. Javan gave me all the information I needed to understand the controls of my car. He even went above and beyond by helping me set my presets and my clock, etc. Javan was relaxed, and willing to spend as much time as necessary in order for me to feel comfortable. Javan showed me all of the features of my car, including spare tire, how to open the gas tank, where to put various items, etc. He was extremely thorough! Not to mention that the interior of this showroom is gorgeous! More

He patiently went over all the features of the car, made sure that the leasing process was taken care of in the background while he is doing all these other things! Marie demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the vehicle, it's construction and design, and all of the various functions and features. Then, she let me test drive it along a winding and scenic route which really let me put the car through it's paces. Before purchasing my car, I shopped at three separate dealerships and online. Stohlman gave me the best price for my trade-in and for the car I purchased. Following the sale, Marie included a tour of the dealership and she spent a long time after the sale making sure that I was perfectly comfortable with my new car. In addition to Marie, Alan Soon was also very helpful to me as was Sales Manager Jaime Dent. Finally, Stohlman has the friendliest Finance Manager you'll ever meet in Sam Kasraie.
