Trent was professional, and easy to work with, and the trade in of my existing lease to a new one was super easy. I was interested in a Golf TSI, and although they did not have any currently on the lot, Trent did not try pressure me in testing another make or model (even though they had several TDIs on the lot). Trent was able to find a TSI from another dealer in the model and color I requested in less than 24 hours. I plan to work with Trent again when my new lease is up and I would recommend him to friends/family. More

I had the opportunity to work with Trent and he was absolutely wonderful! It was pouring rain, but that never deterred him from taking my husband and I out to look at cars on the lot and go for a test drive. He was extremely helpful and very knowledge about the features of each of the cars we reviewed. During the discussions I never once felt like he was giving me a hard sell or trying to take advantage of me. Overall I couldn't have been happier with my experience and a great deal of that is because of Trent. I left the dealership with a new lease on a Passat and I couldn't be happier!!! More
