Excellent people I have been looking for a car for the last couple months. Because I am 6'4", it has take me a while to find cars that I feel comfortable in. I dread visiting car dealerships because 5 minutes after you walk in they are already trying to make the sale. What a breath of fresh air, then, when I visited Stohlman Volkswagen today. My salesman, Alan Soon, was incredible. He actually talked to me like a friend and was just interested in finding out what I wanted in a car, and didn't try to sell me the first car I asked about. I got to take a test drive of a Jetta TDI and he answered all my questions completely and with a great deal of knowledge that he has gained in the car business. I did not feel pressured in the least. The dealership is beautiful and comfortable. I had visited a couple other VW dealerships before this one and they were far inferior and FAR pushier. I'm just trying to get a feel for the cars at this point and they just wanted to sell me something and didn't ask me what was important to me, like Alan did. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Oh, Alan also talked about how this is a family-owned business, which I really liked. It's not a huge conglomeration like the other dealerships. More

Alan couldn't have been friendlier or more patient with us and he let me drive that Tiguan to the ends of the earth and back so that I got a real sense for the car's comfort, features, and handling. And then do you know what he did? He settled us onto some comfortable couches and let us talk it over privately. He's helpful and knowledgeable, but didn't put any pressure on us to make our decision right there and then. I don't know yet what our final decision will be, but I know we love working with Alan.
