I felt like they bent over backwards to ensure that I didn't leave with a bad taste in my mouth. Even the financing portion with Hesham was not rushed, pushy or intimidating in the slightest. I can't put into words just how pleased I am with how smoothly things went today, and with my new Subaru! This was my third new Subaru and I can't recommend anyone higher than Chris! More

Paul is knowledgeable about the entire line and knows the history of each VW model and presented us with options that made sense. Since I came in with my family (which includes some younger children), Paul included them in our discussions and interacted with them, even getting a couple VW hats given as freebies... The purchase experience went smooth and Paul took care of making sure everything with the purchase paperwork was taken care of, the vehicle was ready for delivery and he spent time answering even the smallest questions I had. Paul explained all the new changes with the 2015 Jetta Sport in regards to the new maintenance model (1st service is covered @ 10K miles) and walked me over to the service area; I like the redesigned showroom and customer service bays.. I can't provide enough praise to let you know how pleased I am with the new Jetta, the attention to detail and a personal interaction that Paul conveyed throughout the purchase process. More

First, he was very helpful at showing me the different options and packages and letting me test drive the Forester that I wanted. Stohlman had a lot of vehicles on the lot. Second, there was little haggling in the process. I had done my research regarding dealer invoice prices before I arrived, and I was very pleased with Stohlman’s initial offer. Third, the financing process was fast and easy with no pressure and detailed information presented. Fourth, Stohlman’s location can’t be beat. I live in DC and the dealership is less than 1/3 of a mile from two metro stops. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the DMV looking to buy a Subaru. Once the deal was done, I worked with Hesham Kamal to organize the financing. Hesham was equally professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. He has a knack for explaining the nuances of lease agreements in layman's terms and is eager to add advice to the benefit of the customer. I already knew what car I wanted and had tested it out, so there wasn't a whole lot of selling necessary, but he took the time to make sure I understood all of the features of the car and gave an detailed and helpful overview of the finance department's process so I'd be prepared for that too. I think he was able to adapt his presentation to my level of knowledge and interest and driving habits, and that was great because it made the process much more efficient. Also, when I first came in to look at cars, I had a not so great experience with another salesperson, but they were quick to remedy the situation, and I think that is a mark of excellent service. I'm glad I went back and love my car! More
