He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and provides incredible customer service. He was very receptive to our situation, demands, and needs. It was a very fun and great experience test driving the car with him; he was explaining in great details every option in the car while we were enjoying a comfortable test drive around the Tyson's area. It is worth noting that price negotiation is not an easy task to achieve and in many situations deals break because of that; however in our situation; Trent was the man for the job; He negotiated back and forth with his management to get the price we're looking for and gave it all the time it needs to make the deal happen. At one point we were concerned with some of the numbers that came back initially and had to leave for the day to go and discuss the situation among ourselves before making a decision; Trent did not give up; he went back and worked diligently with his upper management on the case and called us back within the hour on the same day and gave us a deal that exceeded our expectations which was also within our planned budget for the purchase. He was very respectful of our time made us feel like true valued customers while working with him . Trent really understands what good customer service is, something that is rather unique these days; he did two walkthroughs with us; an initial one before the sale and final one before walking out of the door when the deal was closed; he pretty much made us memorize the car's features and options. He is knowledgable and friendly and provides incredible customer service. Randall made us feel like VIPs. Randall was genuine and was attentive to our every need. He explained everything in depth. He was very respectful of our time and just an all around pleasure to work with. We always felt like a valued customer while working with Randall . He always maintains a high level of professionalism and courteousness and he does not play games or jerk people around on price. Randall’s enthusiasm about the cars he sells and about his job in general is contagious. Throughout the entire process we always felt Randall was there for us, not the other way around. While some sales people want say they want to earn your business, Randall actually walks the walk. Absolutely Amazing Experience This was my first time in 12 years buying a car, and as a single woman who had no idea what she wanted, the task was daunting and cumbersome at best. This was my first time in 12 years buying a car, and as a single woman who had no idea what she wanted, the task was daunting and cumbersome at best. I naturally tried to hit as many dealerships and try as many cars as I could, but I kept getting the uneasy feeling I was an easy target for inflated prices. When I walked into Stohlman Subaru and Allen Ngo took me on a test drive, all those feelings of trepidation or being swindled, went completely out the window. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I finally met a salesman that made my car buying experience fun. From start to finish he was attentive and ready. By my second visit, I had found the car I'd been looking for (2015 Impreza Hatchback) and was excited to sign the deal. When financing and warranties came into play, Hesham Kamal did an amazing job. Like Allen, he was patient and wonderful in answering all my questions and figuring out what, if any, add-on's I needed that would benefit down the road. We primarily communicated over email, I told him what I was looking for, and he scheduled a test drive with Allen, who was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The car did pretty much sell itself, but in trying to get a better deal I went to 2 other dealerships, those sale people were pleasant to deal with as well, however there was clearly a lack of knowledge about the nuances of WRXs from those dealers, and customer service from them. David was able to anticipate what I was looking for and allocated a car from the factory to Stohlman, and reached out to me, I went ahead and put a deposit on it. He then asked me about options etc, so I essentially was able to get a factory order car without the surcharge. Because what I wanted was pretty limited the other dealerships were unable to find a car I wanted. David communicated with me regularly, keeping me abreast of the car shipment etc. During the actual sale of the car, David was really helpful with all the little things I didn't know much about, instrument panel, blue tooth hook-up. Overall Stohlman was the best dealership for me to deal with, and David was great. More
