Fantastic experience buying my Crosstrek Anson was extremely helpful and patient while helping me with my Outback trade-in and looking at different models in the freezing cold. I got a car AND a mug! Neils Ribeiro is one of the very few salesman in the area who is not about pressuring you into selling a car, but providing quality customer service. Neils Ribeiro is one of the very few salesman in the area who is not about pressuring you into selling a car, but providing quality customer service. He's informative, not at all pushy and has a good sense of humor (which is certainly needed when looking for a car!). All the other salespeople were equally nice and congenial. After a very long day of car shopping (interested in leasing) Subaru was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships who are all about filling a quota. I will say that I wasn't too fond of the finance manager trying to push me into buying their car care package (buddy, I told you three times I have a mechanic I've gone to for ten years and he's right down the street!), but everything else was great. Highly recommended. Also, I will say that my new car is beautiful, but the Subaru mug I got is pretty excellent as well. More

He found a Legacy with the features we requested and arranged for prompt delivery. It was another good experience after our 2014 Forester purchase. One Subaru request - make the key fobs with distinctive colors or optional covers as it's hard to tell them apart with both of our Subaru vehicles. More

Love my Jetta! My son saw an ad for what he thought was a great deal on a car for me. He is a lifelong lover of all things Volkswagen and has owned several.We went to dealership immediately and TJ was our salesperson. TJ answered all my son's questions, got us right in for a test drive and because it was late let me drive the car home. That clinched it for me. I was able to imagine what it would be like to drive it to work everyday, check out the Bluetooth and enjoy. I've had the car two weeks and like it better every day. Thanks to TJ my experience buying was efficient and enjoyable. More
