It was the most pleasureable experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle! This time, I brought my baby in for a 20,000 mile check up, Josh, was great got me in to Fransisco,, who did the service! Fast and efficiently! They followed up with sending me a video explaining what was done and the condition of my vehicle, I loved that added touch, you actually have a good understanding of what they do and the process! I would add, that if possible you should always purchase a warranty of some sort; a great value for $99 dollars one time fee; to take me to 30,000 mile check! I have not paid for an oil change or service check,, great bang for your buck! I will be purchasing another warranty before this one is up for the next 30,000 miles or more!
