This is our second purchase from Strong Volkswagen. We are return customers because we love the care and attention of the knowledgeable sales team and Strong’s commitment to the deal. We left with the car and realized we had not asked all the questions we had. We realized that we should not have completed the purchase so close to closing time on a Saturday. Everyone got a bit rushed and important details were skipped. The sales team corresponded with us and sat down in a follow up conversation. We had shopped the car here and at a number of west coast dealerships. Strong’s deal was hands down the best - and it’s a real benefit to have a local relationship.
