At first everything was okay, but I was asked to make a video saying how good it was in order to get some of their advertised perks. I drove off the lot and as soon as I got on the freeway the car started video saying how good it was in order to get some of their advertised perks. I drove off the lot and as soon as I got on the freeway the car started shaking! I contacted my salesman and was told to bring it in and that it was likely a tire weight that fell off but it was still okay to drive. I show up for my appointment and am told they actually can’t look at it because they are too busy and I actually didn’t have an appointment so I schedule it and they found a mass of what they described as about a football sized ball of what looks like wet paper and to top it off I had to fork out about 170 for a new tire! If the car had been properly inspected I wouldn’t have had this issue. Not to mention none of the fluids were topped off and I was told that the vents we’re going to be sanitized but I’m almost positive that didn’t happen because I bought 2 cars and one was very clearly sanitized and had a nice smell when the air was on while the other just smelled stale. I didn’t get a spare key because apparently my car apparently just didn’t have one while the other has 2 keys but one isn’t even programmed! It’s almost like not having a spare at all. The start stop function on my volkswagon has stopped working and when I called to ask if it would be covered under my warranty they said it might be it might not! What kind of answer is that? Whenever I have to make the dreaded call to them I’m usually met with a longer wait time and rude tones and unhelpful answers. I scheduled it but got sick and Missed my appointment so I scheduled again and when I asked this time if the start stop would be covered he said it should be but that’s not a definite answer either. Not to mention they sold me another car with a faulty shift gear! When it was taken back to get looked at it stoped working in the middle of the road so the sales person got to experience the problem first hand. It was fixed at no charge and we did get an apology but the outcome of this faulty shift change could have been much worse. I’ve had a few and I mean very few good experience here so overall I wouldn’t recommend Strong Volkswagon to anyone for any reason. If you want a volkswagon from a volkswagon dealer I’d recommend Southtown, they are very kind and caring and make sure to answer all your questions and if they don’t know they’ll find out.if I ever want another volkswagon I’ll definitely be going to Southtown instead. More

We’ve leased from Strong before and live their level of service. We came to their VW used car lot and worked with David Keith today and he showed us several cars.
