I'm sorry you feel this way, but after further review we talked to the selling dealership was informed that they performed walk around with the mods and ad ons and you were made aware of this through communication with your sales rep and videos. That is simply not true. The dealer mentioned that it sounded like there may be a blow-off valve, but it all looked stock - hence why I took it to you the VW dealer before purchasing (link to the video in its entirety below). That is also why I explicitly asked you to look for any modifications (as noted in the receipt). Regarding safety, when the vehicle came back from your “inspection” the selling dealership noted that one of the tires was mounted backwards and did not have the bead set correctly. That seems pretty unsafe to me, but I guess you’re the “experts”… So your team is either blatantly negligent and dishonest or poorly trained. Either way, you should not be operating this way. How did you "inspect" the car and not notice ANY of this? Also, Jose when someone asks to talk to a manager you should allow them to talk to a manager instead of subjecting them to an associate such as Chip who whistles on the phone when you are talking. Dear Mr. Jose Hernandez, As we have previously communicated via email, I would appreciate a formal response to this complaint. You may choose to respond via email, fax, or a letter. The discriminatory behavior exhibited by your employees is completely unacceptable, and it has been an experience unlike any other in my life. A face-to-face meeting is not feasible at this time. As to why its a crock with the loaner. The pamphlet and the sales rep. Made it sound like I would get a loaner car including overnight if needed. But after talking to the service reps, it’s only good for the business day no more overnight. That’s why I’m saying it’s a crock. Because if something happens with my car, you guys need to have it for a week or two because of no parts or other, that means I’ll be out of the car during that time frame. Compare to the competitor were they have no issues giving a loaner car overnight or during the duration of the visit for the car.
