My husband and I have bought multiple cars/trucks/suvs and Stuckey Ford is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We bought a Ford Explorer and in two weeks have had to have it serviced twice. We were told that we would be cut a check for our first expense and after almost two weeks and multiple calls, multiple times being hung up on, STILL no check. I had to make the drive (an hour for me) back to the dealership to be able to get any answers. Chuck, The manager we dealt with on the phone multiple times failed to come out and speak with us during our trip down; Instead sent others to deliver his message. Terrible customer service. We now have a check engine light on. Did I mention that my husband left his Oakley’s in the car we traded and we were told they were being mailed? Well two weeks later, the glasses were still on our sales associate desk that took care of us. NEVER EVEN MADE THE MAIL! Point here is if you like a quality service out of a dealership, this is not your place. Go somewhere else! Happy Car Buying! More
