The whole process was relaxed, and he was good at explaining what was happening and what we needed to do to move forward. He went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us, and even drove a missing document to our house the next day. I was pleased by the whole experience. My only complaint was that it took a long time for the car to be prepped for delivery; on the other hand, the car was in pristine shape when we took possession. More

Neal knew how to demonstrate the different nice features of the car. He is patient with his customers, especially to someone like me who made sure I made the right decision and the best deal.
